We had an excellent business trip visiting a cozy hotel in a lovely location with charming staff. the central location allowed for quick access to local businesses, bus stations, and restaurants. the breakfast was one of the best features with a wide selection of local cuisine. the hotel's rooms were decorated with class and elegance. the bathroom was thoroughly cleaned, well-lit, and the shower was capacious and impressive. It's undeniable that this Boutique hotel strives to provide its guests with an experience not available elsewhere.
The hotel could improve their bed sheets by using a more comfortable material to enhance the overall sleeping experience.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The view from the restaurant balcony was breathtaking, offering a great sight of the nearby volcano. The location was perfect for a romantic escape, as it was close to all the main attractions and restaurants.
The bed sheets could have been better quality and the hot shower took a bit too long to heat up, which was a bit frustrating, especially given the chilly weather.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The location couldn't be better and I loved the fact that I could see the beautiful volcano from the restaurant balcony. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, making my stay very comfortable.
